Please respect scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.
Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

Food and Personal Items

Owners must provide their dog’s regular food and clear feeding instructions for boarding stays.
You may also bring comfort items such as bedding or toys, although we cannot guarantee their condition or return.

Health & Veterinary Care

If a dog becomes sick or injured while in our care

  • We will attempt to contact the owner immediately.

  • If the owner cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary care.

All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Flea & Parasite Prevention

Dogs must be on a regular flea prevention program.
If fleas or parasites are detected, treatment may be administered and charged to the owner.
