Do you require vaccinations?
Yes. All dogs must have current vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided before the first visit.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Dogs over 12 months of age should generally be spayed or neutered. Exceptions may be considered depending on temperament and behaviour.
Can my dog try daycare before boarding?
Yes. New dogs may be required to complete a trial daycare session to ensure they are comfortable in our environment and get along with other dogs.
What should I bring for boarding?
Please bring:

Optional items include bedding or a favourite toy.
How are dogs supervised?
Dogs are supervised during playtime and activities. We aim to maintain a safe and structured environment where dogs can exercise, socialise, and relax.
What happens if my dog becomes sick?
If your dog becomes ill or injured:

All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
Can you administer medication?
Yes. We can administer medications according to the instructions provided by the owner.
What are your cancellation policies?

How do I book services?
All services can be booked through our online booking portal. New clients will be asked to create a profile for their dog before their first booking.
